"Amy, the apartment manager, is excellent in this position! She is very helpful, kind, and responsive--always trying to help. The maintenance staff is excellent, too--very quick and efficient. The apartments are located in a beautiful, quiet area, away from traffic. Once the renovations are complete, the area will again be peaceful and without clutter (machinery, storage and trash bins take up parking space). The renovated fitness center appears very nice, too. My suggestion, though, would be to take an upstairs unit if possible, to avoid noise from upstairs neighbors due to the renovated carpet less units."
"Moved here from out of state and couldn’t be happier. The move in process was seamless! The apartments are spacious and well kept but one of the best features of this complex is the location! It’s in an extremely safe area with amazing views of the mountains and only about a 10 minute drive to all the stores you need. The workout facility is also well maintained and has all the equipment you need."
"Pool and gym have been closed for over 6 months past when we were told they would be open. Our ac worked fine then they came to fix it and now it doesn't work. Maintenance left a mess inside our apartment and broke q light bulb outside our door then left glass shards and garbage in front of our door. Extremely frustrated. Has great view of the mountains though"
