Going through the process was easy with the help of the person. She always answers my questions so professional and nicely. If I was missing some documents, she would contact me and I never felt pressured. Loved my experience with this property."

"We were excited to move in and left a $300 security deposit as well as an application fee with the assurance that we would receive our deposit back if we didn’t qualify. Well, wouldn’t you know it? We didn’t qualify. So after a few weeks with no return of our deposit, I started calling to see what was going on and to ask if I needed to get an attorney involved. They took that as a threat, which I did not intend. Fast forward 3 months later and we STILL don’t have our money back. Don’t trust this company. It’s not the local agent’s fault, but the corporate headquarters in TX you can’t trust. Now I’m going to have to get a lawyer and report their agency to housing authority if we don’t get our deposit by next week."

"This is hands down the WORST MANAGEMENT COMPANY I have ever rented from! I lived here for 10 months and had 15 maintenance requests. Many were submitted the first week I moved in. Some were fixed, many were not. My unit was supposedly remodeled before I moved in but there was no quality control and the workmanship was awful. New dishwasher never worked, kitchen sink would not drain, floors were lifting, outlets not working, plumbing backed up, sliding glass door installed backward and the glass was very damaged from a prior dog but not replaced in the remodel. I had sewage coming out of the clean-out valve in the front of the casita and called the emergency line several times. No one ever answered and I never received a call back. A maintenance man showed up 3 hours later and said he just got the message. What’s the use of an emergency line if no one answers it or monitors it? If you were lucky enough to get a hold of the office they were rude, unprofessional and often dismissed your concerns. The manager, Heather, is grossly inexperienced and should not be managing a rental community. She’ll tell you what you want to hear and then does little to address your problems. They took $1500 from my checking when they were supposed to only take $500 for the last 10 days of my lease. It took numerous calls, several messages, return calls from Heather that were promised but never happened and almost 6 weeks to finally received my money back! I am so thankful to be out of there. DO NOT RENT FROM SAN XAViER CASITAS!"

"I can’t wait to move out in July. We have a tree limb that is causing major fence damage and have sent multiple requests since January with no fix or update. It’s really unsafe and causing further damage to the fence. We have also experienced mice and after hiring a third party pest control, they recommended trimming the tree that hangs over the roof. Lack of communication and overall, just not a great place to live. Do not recommend."
