Sunset Vista Apartments

"Lived there for a year, won’t ever ever go back. The renovated apartments are ok, not much space though, also very quiet community. To begin with Angela, she’s nice and friendly at first, if you get on her bad side, she’s so rude to you in person and in email. She’s almost never in her office. Also there’s time when she threatens to terminate everyone’s lease at least twice a month. The people that live at these apartments are mostly elderly people. They all smoke cigarettes. There is an old man that has a confederate flag on his window. There is also bed bugs around the apartments."

"So upon my arrival from out of town I was having difficulty moving in somewhere comfortable. Sunset Vista had amazing appeal once I drove by and caught my eye immediately. Even more better, I spoke with an amazing person Mrs. Angela in the office she was so helpful right away. She made me feel right at home even before I signed my paperwork too move in. I’ve lived on the property for a couple of months now and Angela is still the best manager out there. Helpful, very detailed oriented, polite and just a beautiful person all around. I especially would like to give kudos to the maintenance. He is always working to the bone. Angela will have him right over once I put my maintenance requests in. So if you’re interested in a comfortable place to live with amazing and helpful workers Sunset vista is the place for you."

"I'm filling a lawsuit against this company. Every time I complain about something that need to be fixed instead of fixing the issue I get discriminated against and issues don't get fixed. Today I sent my lady to the office because I didn't want to deal with eviction nthem anymore and she got discriminated against. I can stand against me but I cannot when this involves my lady and kids. When I tried to voice my concerns I was threatened with eviction. What? Are you for real?"

"Do not put a deposit on this place, they will ghost your calls, take your money and not let you move in. Even if you have a clean rental history and 2.5x rent, they say they'll work with you and then run off with your money order. I thought they were nice, the manager seemed great and then I found out the hard way how true all of the reviews are. If you are looking for a safe honest place to live avoid sunset vista!"

"I just moved into an apartment at Sunset Vista that turned out to be infested with cockroaches. I moved in on a Saturday; I reported the roaches on Monday to the manager. By Thursday they had an inspector out here from their pest management company to inspect the entire building. He recommended the building (all of it) be treated for the infestation (or whatever it's called) ... not just individual apartments, but ALL of them... the whole 9 yards, doing a total extermination including foam in the walls, etc. And the management company made it happen! I have absolutely NO complaints. The manager is cheerful and responsive to issues, the maintenance fellow is likewise cheerful and responsive to issues. The tenants are friendly; people smile and say hello or wave. One caveat; these are older buildings. Some of the apartments have been remodeled but the older ones look like what they are: older! If you want a fancy new looking place, either wait for one of the remodeled apartments or to go a fancy new complex. Personally, I'm very happy with one of the older apartments...it's small, but it's comfortable, and it feels like HOME."
