"This place never has laundry facilities. pool is iffy, if its useable. most times its resemble shreks swamp. hopefully you like roaches cuz there's plenty to go around, and if that doesn't work for you the recent crime that's been happening will sure seal the deal. I will say this the current manager seems very nice and helpful and gives me some hope for the property if she sticks around .....yeah we've had too many managers to mention wich doesnt bode well for a company as a whole. Rent is way to high for what you get and dont get ...."

"Called the number listed. Lady rudely answers "Hello." I asked about studio availability. She sighed and replied, "The office is closed right now." First, you shouldn't be answering the phone with just hello and be friendly. Second, you should say I'm sorry but the office is closed right. I would be happy to return your call... Third, don't answer if you're closed! Four, BE FRIENDLY!!!"

"If you really rated these apartments as 5 stars then you are honestly smoking these buildings are loaded with asbestos and roaches and most units have some issues like holes in walls mix matching paint and mold. Do not move here."

"Run down. In need of much repairs. The pool is closed. There has frequently been no working laundry facilities! There is a HUGE cockroach problem in addition to other pests to include lizards and wasps. Work orders/repairs do not get done. The AC works poorly when working. The floor plan is nice. Lots of sq. Footage. Large gated private back yards. Pretty quite complex. However there has been vandalism issues. The new property manager is #3 in the past few months. So far she seems quite overwhelmed by this run down property.Has Worked with government housing programs. All utilities included. Convenient location. Lots of leaks, mold and minor to major repair issues."

"This place is terrible! Nother ever gets fixed! CocroaCockr everywhere since day 1! We even gave them a legal 10 day notice and they NEVER SHOWED UP! Do not move in here .You will regret it. It is a waste of time and money even thinking about it. Dumpster fires all the time .the police are always here because some kind of fomesdom violence and nothing is ever done about it ."
