"1 week of no hot water in December. Gates have been open for months, people have had their cars broken into, can’t pickup packages outside of office hours, slowest internet in the country, valet trash that you can’t seem to opt out of, office staff is often rude. All of this for 1000 dollars a month after utilities and mandatory fees. Look elsewhere for housing. Edit after reply: instead of asking me to come and talk with you which will accomplish nothing, you can read the feedback in this review and many others and act on the issues that people have, the fob system is a good start, fix the internet, allow people to opt out of valet trash (pointless service that is obviously only a cash grab) and get essential maintenance done within reasonable time frames. That’s it."

"Unusably slow Wifi (not possible to hardwire either even though there are ethernet jacks in the room). Inconvenient office hours (~9AM-5PM). You can't pick up your amazon packages or use the amenities if the office is closed. The parking lot gate often breaks, so they just leave it open, negating the whole point of a closed parking lot. When I signed my lease, we agreed to a 9 month lease. We discussed this detail thoroughly. This ended up not being the case, and it turned out the agreement I signed was a 12 month. This wasn't a huge deal and I should have paid more attention to the finer print. However, I ended up need to cancel my lease early. They took full legal advantage (legal does not mean ethical) of this, requiring me to pay off the remainder of the rents for the duration of the lease. While I was able to set up a payment plan to make these payments, I was often reminded by email that if I did not make my payment on time, I would immediately be sent to collections (I was never late with a payment and this was highly unprofessional). They would also ask me to make payments 1-2 weeks before the payment was due. Be skeptical when reading reviews online for any business. Always ignore reviews from people with 1-2 reviews, as these are often fake accounts."

"I am staying since last 5 months, this is one of my worst experience. Most common problem here is weakly atleast twice wifi not works. The problem is if you ask them then they also just ignore it by telling that we are also facing same problem and we don't know when it will resolve. Then what is the purpose of giving $35 per month for wifi. They are taking valet trash charge but not cleaning the trash. I think there is no logic for staying in this apartment."

"These apartments are perfect for me and aida made the process easy and she gave me a great experience to apply and all my needs and questions. Im giving the apartments 3 star only because the gym is limited to time. I work two jobs and I would love to get home and get my work out in. I exercise everyday it sucks I have to do push ups in my apartment instead of using the equipment. We have key fobs for laundry. Wonder why we can't use those to enter the gym after hours. There's not a 24 hour gym near the area so my one day off I have is basically all I get. I had to request both my jobs to not give me sunday's so I could use the gym a day when it's open. I would also like better internet packages I wouldn't mind paying more for better internet. Besides the gym part, I love where I live! The staff are always in a great mood to help me when I have questions. For staff I give it a 5 star for customer service!"

"I never usually post reviews but I had to for this one! I absolutely love my little studio everything is so neat and clean and remodeled, the grounds are always kept so nice looking…the crazy affordable prices for such a beautiful community is unmatched…I recently had an unfortunate event occur and they accommodated me completely, the office people are very nice and I don’t plan on leaving here anytime soon at all…will definitely renew when that time comes! 10/10 would recommend"
