"I visited a friend at The Spanish Trail Apartments on Benson Highway and the apartments are horrible!! I would not let my dog live there!! The manager locks you into a contract that you can’t seem to get out of!! The TV is from the 70’s and the furniture is all run down and their bathroom was in dire need of repair!! My friend didn’t even have a lock on their door!! My friend was afraid of going anywhere for fear of loosing or someone stealing their stuff!! I would recommend anyone to check elsewhere for better accommodations!!"

"It's got nice clean rooms. They are all studio apt.s now . furnished and utilities are included with the rent. 475.00 a month for one person or 525.00 for two people a month. Clean and bug free."
