"It used to be very nice and quiet here.... Now tucson estates parkway is an extension of Kenney Rd. With these people racing in and racing out. Try to wave slow down I get flipped the bird.. Nice Need to change the speed limit to 40mph. That's about the min they come thru. People walk their dogs Who don't even live in the community they come in without a bag and leave without a bag . I walk my dog every day twice a day and i'm accosted by my neighbors having their dinner parties making me the butt of their jokes yelling at me to "make sure I pick up ha ha ha "when i've got a bag of dodo in my hand. I HELD IT UP AS PROOF AND WAS TOLD I WAS A GOOD GIRL AND I GET A GOLD STAR. IM A 50YR OLD BLACK WOMAN A GRANDMOTHER OF 4!! HOW DISRESPECTFUL... BUT NOT THE FIRST TIME HERE.... SMH"

"The staff as well as the people here at Tucson Estates are very nice, the only two things I don't like is 1.They keep raising the HOA fees their are people that live here with only social security check to live off of supplying their needs, they barely get by. Tucson Estates management just keeps raising the HOA's. 2. I don't own any pets yet their are owners who own dogs that are allowing their pets to poop on my sidewalks and even in my yard. Other then that it's a very desirable place to call home."

"Tucson Estates is full of the angry elderly. Google maps directed me to take Lazy Heart Street. An old woman yelled at me from across the road that I was not allowed to walk my dog on the street. I told her I didn't know. When leaving, two more people "scolded" me for walking my dog. Not nice people!"
