"The places pipes are horrible. They turn off our water for hours because they always have to fix the pipes. Water takes forever turning hot. Maintenance takes forever to respond back whenever you need something fixed. It use to be an affordable place and now it’s ridiculously high priced for what you get."
"Every time I pick someone up from here the complex gets worse and worse. A lot of the individuals living here are also quite filthy and drug addicted. Either clean up your tenants and stop catering to such a low pool of people or just tear it down"
"Rude management, dismissive, abrasive on communication as well as never in the office. There is no need for every office personnel to be absent from the office during business hours. Furthermore I attempted since last week to acquire the HR number for Ventura llc and no no avail until I arrived with a video camera and asked upfront for the information I needed. They call me back 2 hours later and report to me that I am no longer aloud on property. I will contact BBB about this misconduct and inhuman treatment."
"This place ain't the same. Money grubbing lanlords. Property managers are rude n hardly ever in the office. So showing up or calling them is a waste of time. Now they have a new property so there maintance team is stretched thin. We where supposedly on a list to have our apartment upgraded.. We was told this over 5 years ago. We left this September. Washers and dryers always breaking. Maintance family members won't let others use the washers and dryers. Kids damaging the washers and dryers but front office won't do a thing about it. Save your money and go else where."
