"It took three weeks almost for my unit to get my A/C fixed. On top of that, I received a high electricity bill from TEP. I tried calling Alma, the slum lord in charge of my property complex and she told me she wasn't going to pay for my electricity bill and I had to suffer for three weeks without A/C. There are better places, don't choose this one or any AZ1st realty properties. I've never had problems renting before this place."

"Didn't like the place at all...maintenance is horrible my stove only had 1 grill working, I don't remember how many times I told them also the bathroom tile wall came off and all they did was cover it with a plastic bag. There was a roach infestation that they didn't care about. I was told that the apartment was going to be bombed and was never done. It came down to the point that u could see roaches on the bedroom wall to the closets. IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!"
