"Although it's a nice apartment complex it has its downs. There's new management and they are raising the rent too high for what we get. No pool or gym like they said. The renovations are taking forever. Amenities were promised but yet to be fulfilled. Now they're adding utilities. Old management were so nice and helpful. Felt like you can talk to them comfortably. Feels like the new management is trying to make more money which is understandable but feels they're doing it to the point where they're taking advantage. Also the ball room price has raised SIGNIFICANTLY. People now have to pay what other venues charge for alot more than they provide. I hope all of this changes to make it more livable for people here that are truly struggling as it is."

"It’s gonna be 2 years in August I’ve been living here and I’m paying 1480$ a month for my 2x2 apartment that is not even renovated at all and I know others in my position and worst. I don’t feel that I’m getting fair housing for the time I’ve been here. I’ve never been to a apartment complex that the pool wasn’t able to be used at all not once to this day 2/29/24 I also never been to the gym they told me that had and they said that I would be done by the end of 2023. "Moving to Echelon of Tucson from San Diego was the best move we could have made. My husband, disabled Navy Chief retired, and I absolutely love living here! We couldn't have found a better all inclusive, active lifestyle, senior housing community if we tried - especially at such complimentary rates in such a spacious, ADA compliant, well fitted and comfortable apartment. We enjoy water aerobics, Friday outings, afternoon movies in the onsite theater, baking class, Thursday night socials, bookclub, and much much more. Plus the dining experiences are fabulously fulfilling. We have formed many wonderful friendships over a hearty meal. A truly great living experience all the way around."
