"I highly recommend this apartment. Super friendly neighbors, clean environment. Staff are super friendly from Manager, Asst Manager and the rest of the team. We had stay on their newly renovated 1 BR year 2021 and its elegant, new appliances, new floorings, sink and the rest are all fabulous. Hence, since we love the community here we move to a bigger unit. Soon I will post my review on 2BR. Kudos to the management!"

"La Lomita apartments were the best apartments to live are. The mountain view was absolutely stunning watching from my balcony, minimal noise due to being a bit away from the city. The office ladies, Maria and Isabelle were absolute sweethearts helping me with the move and throughout my entire lease. What I especially admired was whenever I had a maintenance issue they would help fix the issue right away. The laundry matt and pool are always well maintenance, never had an issue with anything being dirty. The apartments were very spacious, modern and felt very comfortable. Absolutely loved my stay here. 10/10 recommended"

"Absolutely love living here at La Lomita I have nothing but great things to say about it, as soon as I came to check it out before I moved in a year ago I knew it was the place I had to be. It’s surrounded by plenty of trails close by and beautiful views. Some days you want to go hang downtown which is about 9 mins drive one way whereas other days if you want to go for a nice hike or see some wildlife the drive is still so short a few mins the opposite direction. Any apartment you get you’re guaranteed to have some sort of beautiful view right outside your window. Even if it’s only the neighbor lol but really it’s surrounded by all of that. The community here is so kind to each other in my experience every one has been very friendly and respectful. The management team Maria and Isabel are always so sure to take care of you they don’t treat you like anything less very kind and just attentive to you and any concerns or questions. The maintenance team keep up with any work that needs to be done as soon as you report it, very responsive and great guys. Landscaping is kept up every week keeping it green and beautiful. All and all beautiful place to call home. So if you’re looking for your new home and actually read through my essay I just wrote, just stop looking okay lol it’s here."

"Our first apartment in the USA was in La Lomita, it was the best experience we could have, The administration staff (Maria and Isabel) are very kind and diligent girls, I have no complaints, THE apartment complex is very well cared for. The security is unmatched, everything is very quiet, very friendly neighbors and everyone in their own way. We were sad to leave but my daughters changed schools. Since I met La Lomita, I recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment."
