"Entire two year experience wohoo! Lived here for a total of two years, two companies ran the place in that duration. I think they’ve been bought out or something, I am unsure. However, the worst thing to happen was when I left. They scammed me out of my security deposit, it was about 950$, and what was returned was less than 10%. I even had to leave earlier than the contract which was confirmed by their staff, and an employee came to do the final checkout. He saw the place and said, and I quote directly “this is one of the cleaner one’s I’ve seen”. The place was left clean, with everything being the same as when I originally took the place except for one thing. The plastic blinds were broken for one small section of the window, besides that, NOTHING ELSE. So, were now talking a month or two after I left, I got the check, and it was the amount ("

"Had a pretty good experience here. Management was great, especially Kaylen, any issues resolved in a timely manner, grounds always clean. Best location possible for a college student. I walked to class everyday, about 12 minutes to union. Rather expensive for a one bedroom with very old appliances (some units have been upgraded, but cost more), but the bedroom is very large and has two closets, perfect for a couple or would work for two roommates with twin beds. Nice to have a pool, onsite laundry room was just okay, wifi never worked. Overall pretty happy with my stay here."

"I have really enjoyed living here for the most part. The location cannot be beat. I didn't have any issues within my apartment unit. Rooms are really spacious, and have really nice mirrored closet doors, if you live in the updated units. I lived on the second floor and did have a person who lived above me who was pretty loud, but that comes with living in any apartment complex. One issue I did find a little unnerving was the amount of transient people nearby or going through the dumpster for our apartment complex during all hours of the day. However, the locked gates made me feel pretty secure inside. The property manager Kaylen is awesome and really on top of things. Just an FYI, you have to pay for parking if you want a spot reserved for yourself, varying from $30-$50 I believe depending on which type of parking spot. A community laundry room is on site, for another additional charge. Sometimes the machines were a little glitchy. All the tenants are generally pretty quite and seem pretty studious."

"Lived here for 3 years as a graduate student. The building is well maintained, clean, and most importantly, very quiet. The management and other tenants are very friendly. The location is second to none. I was able to walk to school, as well as a multitude of bars and restaurants in the area (I saved a lot on gas, was able to go 2-3 weeks between fill ups). Additionally, ample parking is provided so you never have to worry about finding a spot. I would have loved to stay longer, but graduation and a job took me out of state. Overall, A++ property, management, and neighbors."

"I lived here for about 5 months and I would have stayed longer if I hadn't needed to move back to Phoenix! The upkeep of the property is great, they have a gym that's never busy, pool is cleaned regularly, great on site laundry machines, and I feel very safe living here since its gated. The location is AMAZING also, you can walk to tons of places to eat, shopping stores, and your right next to campus! I would high recommend living here if you go to U of A. The landlords are also really great at responding when you have any issues and they get fixed right away!"
