"I have lived at Thurber Terrace for over 5 years and have to say the current manager, Melissa, has turned this complex around for the better. Perspective residents are intensely screened to insure the integrity of our community. Concerns and repairs are addressed as soon as possible. The camera incentive is a welcomed security measure Melissa pushed for and everyone is encouraged to participate. The pool is professionally cleaned weekly and a great place to cool off from the Tucson heat."
