"applied january 2020. got called november 2021. signed a bunch of paper work only to find out it was a upstairs. i need downstairs, and they knew that. i get called again january 2023. i go to fill out the paperwork (again), and no one bothered to be in office. they forgot about my appointment. i reschedule, i called the same day to confirm someone would be there, someone was but the unit was no longer available. i would of yet AGAIN made my way there for no reason. i dont even live there yet but already have bad experience, lack of communication. 3 1/2 years and counting and still on the waiting list"
