"Haven’t even signed a lease. I’m supposed to move in a week. Already the communication the last month is garbage. They could at least call to up date me and let me know what’s going on when it comes to making the estimates and the lease for an apartment, and let me know if the one I’m supposed to move into is ready or not instead of guessing when it will be ready. I’ve had tk do all the calling. Down to the wire. The lady dealing with my lease is already so clueless. She’s nice but then she has had moments of showing frustration for me calling. Well yeah im getting inconsistent information.They wanted me to be ready in two weeks to move and I gave my current apartment my 30 days. Then they say it will be a month. Call back said one will be available in the same time. So inconsistent. Also when you call you cant get a hold of anyone. It’s frustrating. UPDATE: moved in yesterday it took them a month to finally do the lease and they did same day as the planned move in day. They told us that they would have our keys but 1:30 and have the manager do the walk though. Not sure the point of the walk through. They called at 12 and said that it would be at three instead. Came in at 3:05 they still had not done a walk though and finally had it ready at 4. They said they had moved in an entire foot ball team which delayed it. Again communication would be nice. They also gave us parking spots and it turned out one of the spots that they gave us was already being paid for ended up with a mild argument with a current resident who had been paying the spot for a year, which was resolved. Then I looked through the apartment and it was dirty. Paint drops all over the counters, paint was still wet and it looked destroyed all over. Dotted marks in the floor, lifting, they paint the bathroom and it was chipping. If it wasnt ready why bother to rent it out yet."

"More of the same corporate greed that we’ve come to expect…… Wouldn’t recommend unless you want an apartment that has not been updated in years, all that they’ve seemed to do over the years was hodgepodge bandaid work. Since moving in 5 months ago I have not have any of my handfuls of maintenance requests fulfilled!! They just want your rent payment and after that they don’t care about your living experience. Don’t make the mistake"

"The Reserve at Star Past boasts a smoke free environment with some of the top amnesties in Tucson. Unfortunately, my smoke free apartment was plagued with marijuana smoke from other units on an almost daily basis. My garbage disposal was broken for over a year and my paid parking spot was constantly being taken by other residents. There is also an abundance of pet feces and trash around the complex and the pool was closed for repair quite often over the summer. This gated community has had the gates left open more than 85% of the 20 months time I have lived here. My concerns were never addressed and I was told it was up to me to allow staff in my apartment every time smoke infected my environment but never addressed how they were going to fix the problem. They did not address the maintenance issues until after I gave my notice to vacate and then they NEVER showed up at our agreed upon time when I took off work to let them in my apartment. Management is only concerned with you paying your rent and not the toxic environment you are forced to live in when their promises and advertising are not what is delivered. Instead of fixing the issues they threatened me with an insufficient notice to vacate fee and the rest of the rent for my lease period. Unfortunately, they dont care about the health of their residents or the mounting medical costs incurred because of their false advertising and failure to enforce the terms of their lease agreements. They only enforce what they want when they want."

"Needed a place to move in rather quickly, the leasing team helped me a ton especially Elsa! She is a sweetheart and really did what she could to get us into the place as we were in a time crunch from our previous residency. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful and even allowed us to take a quick tour of one of their upgraded show units just so we could get an idea of what we’d be moving into. I’ll have to update this in a year of us being here!"
