"This place is awful to live at! The managers are horrible! I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and can’t wait to move. The office staff are unprofessional and only one of the leasing people have been great for the recent months and when I went to speak to him, they told me he was gone. Not surprised since every time I’ve talked one of the managers you can tell they think you are a nuisance. Do not rent here!!"

"Great experience in every aspect. Had some issues with AC not cooling but maintenance was always fast to fix. Management and leasing office people were always amazing. The walls can be a little thin, but I guess it's something almost all constructions in the US have. Only reason I moved out was because I needed to move somewhere cheaper for a while, but I totally recommend it."

"Had a decent experience living here for 2 years. No bug issues, quiet area of the complex, and my work requests were taken care of quickly. It was when I tried to move out I encountered issues. When I renewed my lease for a 2nd year, the lease stated I needed to give a 30 day notice. I went in to give my notice, which was before 30 days, but the ladies in the office told me I would be charged another months rent because I didn't give at least 60 days. I was shocked because why would I have circled a date on my calendar for a notice date if it was the wrong date. I went back and printed out my lease and sure enough it said 30 days. I bring it in to the office and they acknowledge that some leases had an error where it said 30 days instead of 60. They honored my lease and removed any fees. Great. One month later I am moving out....I turn in my keys to the office and the staff states that I don't own any payments and I should expect my security deposit back in 3-4 weeks. Well a month later I get a bill from Greystar claiming I owe money. I email back Greystar inquiring what the fee is for (it was over 1000$) and get no response. One month after I inquire, Brianna from Greystar informs me that because I did not give a 60 day notice, I am being charged another months rent. How awesome! Greystar has held my security deposit for almost two months now on false facts. I held up my part of the lease, wish they could hold up their end. Starting to wonder if I will ever see my deposit. Former residents and soon to be former residents...READ your lease and make sure Circ hasn't tried to scam more money out of you for "late notice" even though you followed your lease agreement."

"Only good things to say about this place! The place is very safe, clean and beautiful. The ladies is the office are so lovely to work with and very accommodating. Angela had helped me with the whole process of signing from start to finish when I had to move in quickly. She was so helpful and someone was always quick to respond to my emails. So many great amenities as well!"
