"Encantada properties are very nice! My only complaint is that we were quoted $2100-2200 rent and when we went to apply it is $2350. Also the assigned parking hasn’t been assigned yet but was told they didn’t know if it would be by the apartment. Square footage I was told did not included the balcony but after looking at the dimension sheet, the quoted size does include the balcony as living space."

When I moved back to AZ short notice, I needed an apartment in southern AZ while I awaited my home to be completed, and my search led me to Encantada at Twin Peaks. The staff was very profesional, organized, responsive to needs and were always a pleasure to interact with. The apartment homes were well designed, the amenities were top notch, and the location was perfect for my and my families needs. Would definitely recommend!"
