District Rep say on wed to please call but she emails back “if you you not email me with your problems…I don’t have time to communicate with you..” and when making attempts to call the Regional Manager no communication, other than with her assistant, is made made with out resolve of disability and multiple security issues."

"Moved to Tucson in Nov. 2020 from Michigan after vacationing in Tucson the previous 20 yrs. The vacation time was spent in the Catalina foothills area of town -- so I knew it pretty well. When looking on-line for places to reside I ran across Starrview at Starr Pass apartment homes, it was one of 20 or so possibilities in the list I had created, although it was on the other side of town (which I had never been) it still made my list. After calling many of the other possibilities without return calls, I called here. Astrid, property manager, and the assistant manager, Jessica were over the top !! As I was moving across the country, everything was handled by phone & emails. Astrid and Jessica made it so easy, they were so responsive to all my questions (phone & email) and absolutely a pleasure to work with (they even provided me with a schematic of the apt layout & dimensions). As I am approaching my 2 year anniversary I couldn't be happier. It is a beautiful property, the amenities are very well maintained, the response time for service requests are on the cusp of immediate, the landscaping is exceptionally taken care of, and the property is a very quiet area, almost rural."

"The best apartments I've ever lived in by far. Been here for a year and a half now. Amazing wildlife (mule deer, javelina, quail are almost daily). Great gym and nice apartments. They don't raise rent prices a lot from year to year, so that is very appreciated and kind. Maintenance people are amazing and I talk to them all the time. Very quiet neighborhood with good access to nearby trails. Literally zero issues so far. Moving from IL, it's nirvana here!!"

"Just moved in from a much MUCH worse place so maybe my standards are a little low but I’ve been living here a week and absolutely love it! The apartment itself is amazing and modern, the amenities like the gym and pool are super nice, and the management is super great too. The modern appliances in the kitchen are all super handy, the balcony is super great (and big!) to grow plants in, and with so many windows in the living room it’s amazingly well lit through the day!! Den is also well lit in the day as well as the room. AC unit seems to be modern and efficient. Neighbors are all pretty friendly and I’ve already made some friends in the complex, so the vibes are definitely nice. Lots of room for storage as well. My only complaints are there should probably be a light in the den and more bathroom storage but that’s so minor. Also Kinda rare to see management in any apartment complex actually care about their tenants but in my short time here Jessica and Astrid have both been really helpful (I feel like you can tel the vibes of the leasing staffers right away, and my old place was right off the bat not very good!). The maintenance staff have all been super helpful too as I’ve moved into a recently renovated apt that’s had its fair share of small issues.And they even actually live up to their 24 hr maintenance guarantee, I thought there would be some BS asterisk on it but they’re true to their word! Overall I hope to edit this when I move out equally happy, but so far this place has been awesome!"
