"I would never refer anyone to this daycare. I pass by this daycare on my way to work and it never fails. Each time I pass by I remember my 2 year old boy crying in terror. I kept being told by the staff that it was perfectly normal and that it may take weeks for him to adjust. But, I’m glad I listened to my motherly instincts and took him out of there. On my sons first day and after telling staff it was his first day, he cried. I waited in the lobby to see if he’ll come down and didn’t. When I get up to take a look I see him tugging on the staff sweater seeking compassion and the lady just pulled away from him. So mean! When I confronted the team lead she just said it was because they have to respond to other obligations and wouldn’t be able to console him. When I went back to pick up my sons belonging , I heard one of the staffs yelling at the children upset at them - I didn’t see what the kids had done so not sure about that. What I do know This place is definitely not for me, I wholeheartedly regret taking my son when he was only 6 months old who couldn’t talk to defend himself. At least at 2 he may not be able to talk in complete sentences but his emotions said it all. Parents please trust your instincts and listen to your kids emotions if they don’t want to go it’s for a reason."

"I have been searching and calling daycares in my area for my toddlers and I called this place despite being hesitant due to the reviews. Now my review is only regarding the experience I had on the phone when I called. The person giving me information was speaking to me as if she was annoyed that I was asking questions. She asked me if my 3 year old was potty trained and He is almost fully potty trained but not fully But that can change in a few weeks I totally understood that he would not be accepted until he was potty trained but I continued to ask questions regarding prices and discounts and she did answer me but with every answer she would continue with "but he has to be potty trained" I even said I understand I would still like information but she was so rude answering every question "but he needs to be fully potty trained" I felt as if the conversation ended when I said he was not fully potty trained. I am not looking to start my kids in daycare tomorrow it will be weeks before we enroll them so I don't know why she was annoyed and rude. Well 1 benefit from the conversation is that she convinced me with that call that this day care is not for our family and not because my son isn't potty trained but because I will not trust my kids to be cared for in a place that treated me like this over the phone. I can't imagine how this person would speak to children if she was around them."

"Definitely read all the reviews but tried not to allow them to affect my decision and that was a HUGE MISTAKE. They have been short staff which is understandable so in the morning you have to call and get on a list which I did. I showed up to drop my child off and was yelled at by another staff member in a completely different room that I couldn't leave my child.. I have never spoken to this staff member and she is not a teacher in my sons room so i didnt know who she was. I then grabbed Kellie to ask if I was on a list and idk who this staff member is telling me I can't drop off my child, Kellie confirmed I was on a list and while she was explaining to the other staff that I did call and was on the list the staff member stated in front of Kellie to me, "this girl has a name and we been calling so you need to update your number since you obviously put it in wrong" my number was correct and come to find out the whole time she was confusing me with another parent.. completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my child that can't speak for himself and I un enrolled since I felt this way. I came to pick up my child's belongings and was yelled at from across a room from Robin stating "come have a talk with me" I stated that I didn't want to continue and I just wanted my belongings, she got my bag and aggressively tossed it at me... I am 100% glad I took my child out. If they ALL act that way in front of other children and staff is comfortable being that aggressive, I could only imagine what they do when no one is around."

"Where do I even try to begin? This place is without question one of the best places I have ever enrolled my son in for a learning experience. I wanna start with Miss Kellie. She is the center director, and when my son was first enrolled here, she was a staff member. The moment the center went under her leadership, it changed for the absolute better. This woman LOVES all of her children, greets parents & all children by name, and always invites families to offer their input and support. She is constantly coming up with activities and programs such as Homework Club to keep the children engaged, curious, and excited about coming to school. Next, we have her right-hand lady, Robyn who is THE epitome of the perfect teacher. She is the Assistant Director, but she used to be my son's teacher prior to moving into her new role (AD). She was always one of the best parts of my day and managed to make morning drop-offs a blast. I am so thankful for her. Then you have some other rockstars like Miss Mkayla, Miss Sabrina, Miss Shawnee, Miss Abby, and many more (sorry if I forgot any of you!). Don't think twice about enrolling your littles here. Just do it. They will be loved and nurtured beyond words. Thanks Dream Team!"

"Love! Love! Love! The feeling our kids and family feel towards this center and from this center! This center is absolutely AMAZING! The Director Kellie knows each kid personally and genuinely loves each and every child! The teachers there work so hard and their love shows even through the masks they wear all day to protect the children! My toddler runs into school each day and the second we leave he says he wants to go back to be with Miss Shawnee and his friends! My infant's face lights up the second we walk in and sees the smiling(behind masks) faces of everyone there! They were out for a week and the hugs and love they got from everyone when they returned was unparalleled! True love and genuine care helps this mama feel better about going into work each day! This doesn't even take into account all the daily activities and fun they have! We are so thankful to have such a special place to take our boys! Every teacher there has such a special place in our heart!"
