She was a little shy at first but Ms. Erika was very patient and friend with she and she assured her that she would have fun. She talking about all the things she learned and how she likes watching movies at the lounge. I’d highly recommend."

"My son goes here. He’s been here for maybe over a year or 2 years now. I love the changes in his speech and all the things he shows us when he gets home that he learned. He came home the other day identifying colors in Spanish. Another day telling me the letters in his name. I love how they don’t just watch our kids but really educate them. I’m impressed by the changes in my son’s vocabulary, math skills and critical thinking thanks to the team here!! Especially with how they were able to teach him regardless of his ADHD. The one thing that stood out to me the most was one day I was dropping him off. I was not visible on the side but he walked up to the door ahead of me.One of the teachers immediately ran out to grab him thinking he had some how gotten outside. I was touched by how quickly she reacted and went to try to save my son. I love the staff here and how they care for my toddler!!!"

"I only need child care during school breaks and summer vacation. I was so stressed out trying to find someone flexible and affordable. I was calling so many places and then I found from time 2 time. It was like a deep sigh of relief when they said they could take my son before Fall break. I can't believe how easy it was to get my child in and how affordable they are. The woman I spoke with on the phone was so kind and relatable. I went in to look at the center it's so adorable. I'm amazed at how clean it is and how every one who works there has a giant smile. I'm excited that we were able to find them with such short notice. This place was such a life saver! I am so grateful and I hope more of these places pop up around the state. There are so many parents like me that need a little help from time 2 time!"

"One afternoon, I looked at my account and discovered a $2 charge for a blanket. As a busy parent, I forgot to send my daughter to school with a blanket that Monday. However, I looked in the handbook, which lists several instances of renting socks, masks, etc, but there was no explicit mention of charging parents for forgetting a blanket. In fact, there are ZERO mentions about blankets in general in the handbook. I brought it up to the owner, Erika, who refused to waive the fee despite the lack of a clear policy. Because she would not work with me over $2, I decided I no longer wanted to send my child to an establishment of questionable ethics. Erika reasoned that child licensing requires children to have a blanket, but the state does not require her to penalize busy parents for forgetting a blanket. If you are a parent trying to decide if this daycare is for you, here are a few other things I wish I knew before I signed my child up. 1. They often send the kids next store to the “Gaming Lounge,” open to the public for hookah, karaoke, gaming, etc. There, they have the kids sit on the dirty floor and watch a movie in the dark. 2. There are unannounced teacher changes, including male family members not introduced to parents. From Time 2 Time, is a family-owned business, so some days, you will pick your child up, and one of their male family members will be the teacher. They do not let you know when they’ve switched teachers for your child. 3. On days when I would pick my child up at 5:15 pm, they would have all the kids sitting on the hallway floor so that the staff could mop. I get that they want to go home promptly at 6 pm, but they should have the kids go outside or teach them something during that period. 4. Nap time is 2 hours (1 to 3 pm), which does not helpful in preparing preschoolers for Kindergarten. Despite these significant concerns, I want to highlight some positive aspects: 1. Ms. Kim and Ms. Tonya consistently demonstrated genuine warmth with the children. My child enjoyed going here due to the teacher, Ms. Kim. 2. The daycare offers flexible scheduling options. 3. Ms. Kim is great about sending photos of your child through the app. Although my initial decision to choose this childcare center was primarily driven by its flexibility, the lack of transparency, professionalism, and inconsistent practices raised concerns about the quality of child care. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this childcare center when there are better options for parents seeking reliable and ethical childcare services."
