"I used to love this hospital. The ER has become horrible. Had to go in the other day and spent 18 hours in the ER room. No actual room, no food, no water. When I asked for some, I was told to go to the cafeteria and buy my own. Then they disconnected my call button and left me there for another 6 hours with no contact and forced to listen to the nurses gossip loudly about the patients. Horribly unprofessional. The next day when I finally got a room was the polar opposite. Main hospital crews were amazingly competent and friendly. Kudos to them."
"Mercy Gilbert is the best hospital I have ever been to. They treated me better in the first half hour then all the Tucson hospitals have combined in the last 33 years. In a 17-day stay, I have not had one single complaint from environmental, to food, to the staff nurses and doctors. It is amazeballs. I would drive here from Tucson over and over just to avoid the hospitals in Tucson and to experience the tremendous care given here. I'm completely emotional after the horrendous care that I've received so much through years in Tucson hospitals. I have tears of gratitude the way they treat me here. It's completely different and it seems so easy to them. Thank you Mercy Gilbert for taking such incredible care of me."
"I received excellent care in a timely manner. The nurses were professional and caring, along with doctor Davis that reset my dislocated finger like it was nothing big - just another day at the office. The whole experience was smooth from beginning to end."
"I delivered my son here on August 28th. The delivery nurses and some of the best nurses I have ever seen. We elected for the prepaid package due to not having insurance and it was very affordable. There were some billing issues but once able to reach someone it was very quickly resolved and my balance corrected. Having a new baby is a challenging experience and I felt very supported and cared for through the length of the process, I would definitely recommend going here."
"I needed to go to the ER Monday afternoon. From check in to check I was treated kindly, respectfully and with so much care. Their system that allows you to see how much wait time for each step of the way is so incredibly helpful and keeps you informed with your care throughout the entire process. This was so drastically different than I have ever received at a hospital before. Hope I won’t be back anytime soon, but, if needed, wouldn’t want to go anywhere else."
