Recently awarded Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the California Tax Credit Allocation Commission, the QHA is currently rehabilitating 38 single-family homes in the Ironwood Subdivision, incorporating green building techniques and new solar arrays to improve energy efficiency. The project also includes upgrades to the Ironwood Community Center, playground, and basketball court, with an anticipated completion date of December 2021.
