"Do yourself a favor and call u haul directly..I went in and spoke with Yolanda about a truck. She told me to call her when i was sure of the size i wanted. I called her within an hour. She supposedly reserved my truck then told me to check with her the falling Wednesday to confirm. So i went there but she was more co with picking up her dogs than my reservations. She wrote down a # and said to call myself. So I did and she never reserved my truck.when the main u haul called her she said I was only asking for info... but last week she had reached me my truck would be available. Now I have to go get it from Havasu... I would give her a zero but that's not available..its stressful enough to have to move without the trouble of finding out you have No truck...."

"This review is for uhaul as a company. The women who helped me in parker was amazing she was very friendly a polite. My problem was that I was over charged for a rental and when I called uhaul to rectify why they charged me more than what my receipt showed they had no answer for me and said I would have to call my bank to get them to rectify the situation. Now my issue with this is I have never in my life had a bank adjust a dollar amount for me charged by another company 100% of the time the company that has over charged has always refunded the money over charged. So I got to spend 4hrs on the phone back and forth between my bank and uhaul. When i asked to speak to a manager more about the situation i was refused. I will never be using uhaul again i would rather pay extra for an honest company that will efficiently and effectively correct or handle situations which are their fault instead of making a customer solve THEIR MISTAKES."
