"We stayed here for a couple of nights on the way south. It's pretty clear there is a big renovation in progress, and it's making for a very comfortable stay. Mike is the new owner and is a very welcoming person who is committed to making the place a success The rooms are clean with comfortable beds, new floring and big tvs. The heater keeps rooms comfortable, but the addition of blankets would be nice. They're working on the pool area now and there are tables and chairs scattered around for guest's use. Plus there is a great diner next door with excellent food. We would definitely stay here again."

"Truly not a nice place to stay . Floor boards coming up , looks like the main door was kicked in , very dirty walls , terrible smell , no blankets on the bed except a sheet and the pillow cases should be thrown away . Bathroom window taped in place with black tap . Heater wouldn’t shut off at 70 so we had to turn it off and since the motel doesn’t supply blankets we had to sleep with our hoodies on us and froze ! The outside deck to the room looks like something was slaughter on it . Disgusting ! We checked in at 1 am after a 16 hr so if we were not so tired we would have left . Check in was no inviting at all . Never again!! Room 207"

"I have been in the Parker area on business for about a month, staying at this location the entire time. For a fairly inexpensive room compared to other local hotels I have been very pleased. The rooms are a good size, the beds are brand new and the new management has been actively improving the property with every passing week. This experience has been great and if I am ever back working in this area, this hotel will be my spot to lay my head."

"Warm, welcoming Hotel!! We were stranded in Parker for nine days. Spent all nine days here. No problems, centrally located. Donut shop on one side and family restaurant on the other. We wanted for nothing. Polite and friendly staff. Literally, we wanted for nothing!!!"

"Stayed a few weeks and what a difference with new ownership. Mike is very friendly and cares about your stay and the property. They painted the building, put in new asphalt, upgraded the rooms, and added fast wifi. The pool is under construction but can't wait to see it when it's redone! Give this place a shot!"
