"Nice and quite , cameras everywhere and there monitored day and night , individual parking , Storage sheds .Individual fenced yard with patio.No Parties or Loud Music , There is quite time From 9pm to 6am .Mostly couples , with a few exceptions to single adults. Respectful. Close to grocery store and fast food , circle K, etc. The one bedrooms are small but comfortable. Manager on premises 24/7 For emergencies after 5pm . Call 911 or leave message with Luis , everything else. Call or / see office hours . Laundry room and swimming pool Strict rules apply for everyone. Trash , water , and sewer are included in rent."

"I live in Yuma home park and they treat black people wrong because there is a black family there with no AC and the owner and manager don't care this is not right at all it is too hot. I hope they sue them because I would. That is elegal one of them could have a heat stroke or any thing last year there was a couple a white couple that had the same problem but they put them in a nother apartment until they fixed there's but since these people are black they have to suffer. Me and my family are moving out today."
