Villa Nueva Apartments

"The people who run this place are insensitive, which is so sad because this is genuinely such a nice little corner to live in. I have gone two days without real sleep because of the time they decide to schedule their rennovations right above me. I work the night shifts and do not usually go to bed until 4 or 5am. This morning, I was woken up at 9:30am, after and incredibly rough night, to banging so loud I could hear it through pillows, ear plugs, and headphones. Even blasting my music as loud as I could (which I wouldn't have been able to sleep with anyway), I could still physically feel my bed shake from the banging literally feet above my head. I did not sleep after that how could I? It was not like I had anywhere else I could go. Only when I had to get up for work again around noon did they stop. It is indoor work, so it could have EASILY been done any time of day, yet it was chosen to have floor boards torn up that early in the morning. And, yes, I do have videos of how loud it was. To top it all off, it is now 10:30pm (I have gotten home early tonight, thankfully) and I can still hear people stomping around up there. I find it hard to believe anyone is living there with that much construction(?) going on, unless they finished today and came back in. I am unsure, but my neighbors before were never this loud... And to my knowledge they had KIDS! Either way, it is day two and I am now running off five hours of sleep from both days. If you have a physically intense job and work night shifts, DO NOT LIVE HERE. They do not care at all and will not let you sleep or try and contact you back after you've reached out to them- unless you talk to their entire company and force their bosses to make them. If you can afford the expenses, don't mind being woken up at 8am by lawn mowers or renovations, and would like to still pay the same price as everyone else even though your apartment is one of the ones that have not been upgraded despite their promises to do so (the old property manager said this, not the current one), then I would recommend this place! At least it's pretty safe and everyone acts nice, but unfortunately I will not be saying this place is worth it to anyone. I am just too tired to do such a thing."

"From the view of things and other reviews they need security. And no fitness center is a must . Specially for the price this place charges for rent . Since I was able to find out very easy what the price was on top of off the wall charges added beside the rent fee."
