"Alex and Toni the two wonderful women that run the leasing office are amazing and beyond helpful and patient. They are kind and considerate to all who enter the offices. I definitely would and have recommend them to all of my people. They not only ensured the process went smoothly but when I ran into an issue they fixed it on the spot! They have amazing skills and are beyond helpful!"
"Not sure where we stand with this service request? After reporting it yes maintenance came in and redirected the water leak into a bucket. We weee told my the office the repair was done outside the window to prevent future leaks but the pictures I took show zero repairs outside the window. Same worn out caulking and paint around the window as all others in the area. We aren’t always there either so not sure if that’s been changed or not but we will be checking it out when we get back. This review could improve or be negatively impacted by what I see when I get back in a couple weeks."
"Great services, quick responses. Friendly staff - highly recommend. I was able to do most of my paperwork remotely - I'm moving in from another state - and staff provided me the information I needed to sign the lease. I decided on these complexes because they are well-maintained, have pest-control, and have very helpful staff. The helpful staff made getting an apartment in another state almost stress-free!"
