"I've been living here for about 5 years now they recently got sold to another company and they are the worst. We've been having constant leaks as many other have had and mold growing because of it. Of course, only plaster is being put up to cover the mold. The mold is now visible and the wood is visible because of all the leaks when it rains. More so the lady at the office is never there and made comments about tenants that were low income. Claimed that the apartments are doing better since police officers (etc.) are now moving in. They never answer calls either."
"This was my first place I lived alone. The place was perfect for me to express my style for the first time in interior decorating. The end results, was truly phenomenal. However I had more ideas I never got to finish. Ok, about the place, there is plenty it offers. There is a fenced in swimming pool and a laundry facility on site. Ofcourse you can have your own washer and dryer units like I did. The playground is there for the kids, the yard is always maintain and the place is always well kept and clean. Maintenance was just great and anything I had issues with were certainly addressed. A monthly inspection is reasonable to keep the place in good condition. The locations surroundings are great, with a gym nearby and a few parks. There is also a canal you can go for a jog around or just walk. The balcony is great for chilling or decorating for the holidays, like I did for Halloween & Xmas! It left lasting impression to all who had seen it. What more can I say. It's what I feel is home with alot of potential. On a personal note! Becareful who you let on your ship. Some people will try to wreck the ship, just because they can't be the captain! I miss my place, I miss my home."
"My daughter lives there and she loves it. So am I, the apartments there are new, clean, great condition and management comes to checkout the apartments conditions, filters, smoke alarms, etc... To make sure everything it's properly working and in good condition. The apartments also have a washer machine, a swimming pool on promises that it's inside a fence for the safety of any little kids or outsiders. It has trash service, parking lot."
