"Camelot is not a terrible place to live, it is one of the nicer apartments in Yuma with nice trees & such unless you want to pay $2000+ for a fancy condo or something. However, they do have roaches, ranging in sizes- small to flyers with eggs attached (meaning definitely an infestation-sewer roaches, not much Camelot can do especially since the apartments are older) Also, ensure you’re picky & thorough when conducting move IN inspection/any maintenance issues advise them of such, because they’ll definitely charge you anything they can once you move out. I had told the maintenance guy that there was minor damage to the carpet & he told me during one of the final walk throughs that I would be “fine” since the carpet was hitting its 5 year lifespan/replacement time frame and it was getting replaced anyways (2018-2023) & then I get charged $800.00- $500.00 for the carpet replacement & $300.00 for minor damage to the vinyl (which is cheap & easily ripped when moving literally anything so be careful)—and there’s not much we can do to ‘fight’ the charges- overall the gym is nice, you get what you get now a days. I’ve been at Camelot off & on since 2018 but I don’t think I’ll be back ever - hopefully, maybe if they started working on updating all the apartments like the the few on the West/Haupt Ave side and not charge an “upgraded unit” fee since the apartments are literally needing an update anyway, that’d be cool. And somehow control the roaches. Flamethrow the sewers or something. Overall I’d give a 3/5."

"I lived here for almost a year and a half and I had the worst experience ever living here their AC wasn’t the best. We were planning to move out before due to a new opportunity and my husband gave them a notice of us leaving soon and a week after the notice they decided to install a new ac. We were told they were coming at 9am and they showed up around 4pm. They came in without giving my husband a chance to get the the door after the first knock they should call before entering. What was the most unsetting was they had the front door open for three hours and they had most of our lights on when we are the ones paying the electric bill and worst of all they allowed a stranger with a pet to enter our apartment without us authorizing it. I saw it all on camera as I was pulling up I get there and I’m told can’t be inside. We trusted them multiple times to let them come in to work without us being there only to get there and to see them allowing a stranger into our home. We called the office as soon as this happened and they did absolutely nothing and they left a mess behind. We no longer felt safe in this environment so we decided to leave before our plan date due to this situation and now we have a big bill that we have to pay due to their unprofessionalism. Don’t not trust Camelot they will allow strangers into your home when you’re not there!"

"10/10 recommended. They have great customer service. They were very helpful and friendly, as well as their ground keepers. I always feel welcomed when I bring a problem to them. The gym is great and always cleaned. They all have smiles whenever you speak to them. Thanks for all your hard work."

"I stayed in Camelot Apartments for about a year and I have to say it was pretty cool the staff was friendly and helpful and their ground keepers they were very helpful as well. Plus a lot of times at night as I'm leaving out for work you'll see security riding by to make sure everything was safe which is awesome especially in this day and age. I think the only downfall they had back then was the complex needed a little bit of updating and they are doing that now and all of the apartments looks GREAT! So guys keep up the great work, I told some of family and friends about the Camelot Apartments so they may be stopping by to view a one-bedroom and I also told them that they need to move quick because those nice apartments at Camelot they don't stay on the market long."
