"This is a great place to live. Rent is good, maintenance is handled pretty quickly when a work order is requested, REALLY really quiet and neighbors are all light footed and great. The only downside is that they got rid of the nice shade trees because of one garbage car got mushed during high winds. Very good proximity to a corner store on 3rd street with the water refill station next to it. Basically a hop and a skip to medical facilities just up the road with a neighborhood Walmart not much further. Oh and there’s a park only a sneeze away. My one bedroom apartment is pretty big considering how big I am, imagine the 2 bedroom place. Free water, trash and laundry facilities (not free though….need tah drop the price back to 2$ for the washers lol) pool is maintained but people hardly use it now cause of COVID but it’s almost always open (just don’t go there after like 11…unwritten rule) All in all a great place to live"

"THE OWNER WILL LIE TO GET MONEY, WILL LIE TO ATTEMPT TO SUB-SERVE TENANTS, AND WILL WASTE YOUR TIME WHINING AS HE EXAGGERATES THE LIES HE'S TELLING. THIS GUY LITERALLY SPIT ON ME 3 TIMES. HE RESPECTS NO ONE HE RENTS TO, AND ALL TENANTS ARE PRETTY SURE HE'S NOT EVEN A REALTOR. DON'T RENT HERE OR AT 2343 S MADISON IN YUMA, AZ. LITTLE MAN IN LITTLE TOWN."
