"Big apartment, nice enough. Decent area, nice neighbors but wasn't told they turn a/c off on you when it starts to get "slightly" cold out. It's too early to have no ac it's not winter yet. Other than that it's fine. They don't tell you that when you move in."
"Rent is ok but when utilities don't work they will NOT give discounts. Also don't tell renters when the water will be turned off and back on. Apartments look fine when first looking at them/moving in but after a while tub started to mold and all they do to fix thing after moving out is repaint everything literally layered paint. Come see for yourself! (:"
"Very old with mold on the walls, plumbing always braking and having issues. I visit my best friend and his mom almost every day. But I know that lady is not well and it could be this contaminated walls wwith humidity and mold."
"I have lived here a year. The staff is pleasant and kind and my apartment is huge and neighbors are quiet. Actually have grown pretty fond of my current neighbors."
