"It has it's ups and downs. Pros: Quiet place to live Everyone usually keeps to themselves In the middle of the city and close to lots of business but still hidden enough to give a suburban feel. Has a backyard Cons: Small space to love Kitchen is dated and not much counterspace Bathroom is really small 2nd bedroom is a tight fit compared to the master The outside is really dirty and makes the inside very dusty To me the pros of privacy and location outweigh the little annoyances of the cons but this is just my preference. Don't expect anything fancy but it's a nice little place to live."
"I lived there for over a year. My apt was fine. Never had any problems with things not working. Never had bugs. Clean but humble 2 bed 1 bath apt. There was no exit via the backyard which could be a problem in a fire for someone in the middle apartment. Mail boxes were not secured and there were problems with getting mail. I wouldn't recommend using the mail here. Any time I did have a problem with anything in the apt the management was always prompt and solved the problem fast. The signs out front are old and look bad. The backyard fence is old and ugly and parts of it were broken.out. The carpet probably should have been changed before I moved in but I didn't have any problems because of it."
