"Run down. This apartment complex has gone through multiple hand over the last few years. Not one owner can fix the huge potholes in the parking lots. The a/c unit is central air you can turn it on and off. They control the temperature. When you didn't pay for the electricity that was ok they gave you a little wiggle room. But the new owner is money money money. Hires a third party to calculate the amount of energy each apartment is using based on size and occupancy so all apartments are divided into the APS bill. Some have one room some two. So those with two rooms pay more for obvious reasons. However, the new owners also can't be bothered to fix anything. Not the parking lots nor any individual apartment issues. I don't believe in gouging your tenants so you pay 0 monthly in bills. Not nice. UPDATE: The new owners have finally fixed all the road issues inside the complex. Basically anyway. The parts where drive plus extra parking look great it was all redone. However, in tge actual tenant's parking where it's covered, none of that was done. So there is a lip at every covered parking space. Not that this is a huge issue, its just an unsightly issue I suppose. I believe in doing a job to completeness as in redoing the entire roading to include covered parking areas. Because as it stands, it continues to look ghetto. I don't like owners of fill in the blanks with whatever types of business you choose who charge out the wahoo and barely lift a finger. Your rent will be the same as listed above and yet that means different prices every month. Depending on your portion of electricity. Even though I've seen that each apartment has its own box. Now they are probably outdated or broken. I don't understand if they work why the energy is being tallied the way it is if they work. I woukd think having each apartment pay their own electricity woukd help them out better. Oh but then I guess they wouldn't be able to hide gouging and extras if they were not in charge. I have family that live here. Family that unfortunately can not move and yet can't stand the place. There are major electrical issue inside as well."
