"They are descent apartments for the price. If Stephanie and her husband are running the place it's generally a good place to live. If Julie and her son are running it then you would be better off living in a tent on the river 13 days without AC in august. Julie's son let's call him stupid came in with my permission to look at AC White it was gone went through my stuff stole pain meds."
"Cheap apartments for the area, sometimes loud parties. Management does not maintain the apartments, they allow anyone to rent (so several times yearly new neighbors on small complex). Spacious rooms, A/C works well, full kitchen, W/D. No pool/spa."
