"Fantastic! The lady that runs the place is very nice and helpful, too. I've only been there a month, but it's been very peaceful and friendly. I've been there a year now, and I still love it. I'm an older woman living alone, and I have never felt unsafe there. Which means a lot to me. All the people that live there are very nice and friendly."

"I don't think they should advertise the amenities when the pool and hot tub is always broken don't understand why it doesn't get fixed when this state is the capital of swimming pools. No wifi .they r consistent on raising prices. Place has potential bur maybe new owner shouldn't of bought the place if they can't improve it . The park is full but nothing invested"

"Over all staff are kind as well as other residents. The only negative is that they advertise spa and pool but only have a pool. We have been here a couple months now and pool has been unusable. It does look like they are updating the pool area with some new paint and filled pool with water but still closed for use . One of my neighbors say they have been here a cpl years now and both have not been open to guests. There was a spa at some point but that was filled in with dirt and does not look like they will ever have it working again."

"While searching for "Snowbird parks" we came across this park. We called the office and talked to Sharon, this lady graciously took multiple calls from both me and my husband and answered all of our questions. As I read the reviews more questions arose! I do have a bit of knowledge about "public" water that is owned by the park for the residents. I also know when something just don't sound right and how to get information from city and county regulations. After reading the "sour grape" reviews, checking facts and talking to Sharon, we made our reservation."
