"Assalam landlord and it cost too much since the pandademic he has raised the rent over $200 per unit and does not do anything stuff is falling apart there's bare wires there's no hot water the floor is falling in the ceilings falling and not a good place to live my mom is only here cuz otherwise you'll be on the streets with her service animal she is blind disabled and bedridden and very ill she has cancer and she her kidneys are failing"
"This is one of worst places in Needles California, me and my sister lived there , we were eat up with bed bugs and roaches ,rooms so hot you would smother all summer and freeze in the winter and the landlords wanted more money and would not repair anything , people died while we were living there.."
