"I was seen at this location for respiratory issues. The PA said they needed X-rays to confirm the suspected diagnosis so I was sent to Banner's X-ray clinic at a different location and was told that they would call me to discuss the results in 2-3 days. I followed up with a phone call to the office after 3 days and was told the did not know the results and would call me. I never received a call back. As the conditions worsened I sought treatment at a different medical facility (non-banner) where they confirmed the diagnosis previously suspected and treated me. When the bill came I disputed it noting I did not receive the treatment they were charging me for and had to pay for it elsewhere. They noted they would review and get back to me. After a month I called back and was told it was still in review but they had put a hold on my account so I wouldn't need to pay it at that time. I never heard from them then received a Final notice in the mail that I was going to be sent to collections. I called back to see why I received the notice and was told from their review they had determined that they would not charge me for the X-ray but I still had to pay for the office visit. I will never visit a Banner facility if this is how they operate."
"Scheduled appointment on-line & still had over a 2 hour wait to be seen, but the staff was extremely helpful in keeping me updated. I’m grateful that someone is there close to home when medical care is needed, willing to listen, and truly care about getting me and my family feeling better."
"Got in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I did schedule online. Everyone from the front to back office was kind! Dr. Miranda was very attentive and thoughtful in my treatment."
"Everyone is very nice. The place is very clean. When you make an appointment, it should advise if you won’t see a medical Dr. I received a referral and it didn’t state the Dr’s name. I called Banner to get the name, the phone rang forever without an answer or voice mail. I know they’re very busy, but you should be able to leave a voice mail."

Dr. McClure was both knowledgeable and caring. This is my second time visiting an Banner urgent care w both times an excellent experience."
