"The FNP Violetta made inappropriate comment, when was telling her about a new medication that my neurologist prescribed for me and said to her I did not want to take them after reading the side effects. Violetta comment was " you are already taking too much medication". She said there was an issue with my last drug test, stating it was inconsistent, which made no sense since every month I have been doing the same thing including taking both medications the day of my appointments. I was not prepared to take another test last Tuesday, as when I know I AM going to be tested I do not go to the bathroom and hold it in till I get there. I have never been able to go to the bathroom and leave a urine sample at any doctor facility unless I hold it in. I told her that she was required by law to give me a 30 days supply till I find another dr. She said "I dont have to do anything". Violetta lied and stated that she was giving me 2 weeks supply but she did not give a two week supply for the Morphine. She looks down on people that are on paid medication and probably should work somewhere else. The office also lied and said that my pharmacy is no longer taking electronic prescriptions. Osco pharmacy which is cheaper did not say that, they said they were having issues receiving prescriptions electronically, not that they are no longer doing that. The staff is great and so was the FNP I had before her. When I first starting seeing her she also stopped giving me the 90 morphine and 90 oxycodone and all of a sudden the amount was 84. Be careful and avoid seeing Violetta since she has a habit of changing things and lying."

"I just want to agree with the other reviewers who have said that Arizona pain is going downhill. I have been treated with a lack of compassion from some of the people who work here. Most recently, today, Fran at the front desk. The lack of understanding and remotest hint of compassion for my situation seemed to only irritate her. I started calling to change my appt at 11:45 AM to virtual. The nice person who answered my call agreed a virtual appt would work since this was just an injection follow up. But she had to check with the provider. The provider did not get back to her because she was already at lunch and by 12:45 PM the provider had not responded. At which point I left but was 5 minutes late after driving up from S. Chandler while ridiculously sick, I have Long Covid. I was offered an appointment at 2:45 PM but I barely had the energy to arrive there at all and then to wait that long I just knew I physically could not do it. All of this was wasted breath telling Fran. I was also promised a month ago that Elyse, who is very kind, would call in an order for an MRI on my neck, but she didn't. I moved back to the Scottsdale Clinic from the Chandler clinic because the Chandler office screwed me badly and were complete snots throughout the whole time. I needed a recommendation to Barrow's Institute for a large extrusion in my thoracic spine. After waiting a couple of months for this happen the Chandler office sent me to a brain surgeon and said it was a second opinion. On the form they also gave me the wrong address and a disconnected phone number with which to make the appointment myself. I don't need to see a brain surgeon and it wasn't a second opinion, which means that Barrow will never see me for this situation. This extrusion has caused several fairly severe accidents because it causes my right leg to give out when I apply a little too much pressure. I've broken my ribs twice, sternum, right wrist, multiple torn ligaments, and so far one surgery to repair a damaged bone. I still have one more incredibly painful surgery coming up that stems from this extrusion in my spine. T o say I'm frustrated is not quite enough. I really loved this place when I first came here, they were so helpful and supportive. There has been a complete change of personnel aside from Dr. Moore, a chiropractor who is phenomenal. So if you need a good chiropractor, give him a try but just try to be patient with everyone else. I had so much hope at the beginning here and now I'm on to try another clinic"

"This isn't the same clinic all the staff left in mid June and they are now owned by Mitch Healey he is a chiropractor. There official website and name are now Arizona Pain Relief. Not sure why Google didn't update the info correctly."

"This clinic has went down hill quickly. I've been going here for the last two years and in the last 6 months has been awful. Surgical out-patient procedures are scheduled out past a month and then they call you within days and say they need to reschedule. They could care less if you're in pain and need something."

"This clinic has been purchased by another group a couple months ago. All new staff all new protocol. I've gone here for many years and this change is not a good one. Protocol has changed no one was informed of. An older lady was struggling to get her rx but she was 5 minutes late (new protocol) that's right 5 minutes. Yet there's new construction all around the area that easily could make you 15 minutes late (previous protocol. A standard protocol) the front desk staff were snide to her and my heart was broken for her. She states she's not on an opioid and she's here why can't she be seen and get her meds without getting a new appointment. She was not in an way being rude just a questioning puzzled manner.. But a 5 minute protocol that no one was told about stood in her way with no compassion or understanding she left. I gave 1 star because my new NP was a 5 she listened and did look thru my history and we reviewed the history and the future things coming up unrelated to them but that negative event would probably be in my own future because I'm easily 5 minutes late often."
