"I think this place has a fantastic idea for the for wellness And I'm not sure if I got lost in in the paperwork or what? I went in there because I have nerve damage in my neck that goes down through my arms. I haven't been able to sleep for 6 to 9 months all night long Because I wake up from the excruciating pain. I talked to Kyle and he gave me a tour of the place and set me up me up on a cash plan The 1st treatment was acupuncture and the chiropractor and for the 1st time I was able to sleep through the night it was unbelievable what a relief I got. The 2nd treatment the chiropractor was there but not the acupuncturist so I had another treatment from the chiropractor once again the experience was fantastic I was starting to get feeling back in my fingers. The 3rd trip back they put me on a machine that just shakes you And then they sent me to another room and put A wrap around my feet with lights on it. Nothing to do with anything that was going on in my Neck. I just feel like in my case there was no personalization of the symptoms I was having And the treatment I was getting. When you call back to try to talk to Kyle they will not let you talk to Him. They always say hes busy. I can tell from the long lines they have there This is probably true But If you continue to get lost in the shuffle and can't speak to anybody and they won't return your call what is the place for? What good is it? Maybe they need more help? I'm not going to continue to pay good money to have some kind of lights put on my feet when when the problem is nerve damage in my neck. They need to take more interest in their patients and make sure they're getting the proper treatment. Not just keep pushing them from room to room with lights and machines that don't help the symptoms you're having. I'm very disappointed in this place because I think it could be a great thing but it's not run well in my opinion.."
