"I've revised my review. They dealt with my bill in a professional way. I wasn't expecting that and appreciate that a lot. My review originally reflected charges I wasn't aware of but it seems it will be resolved shortly. PAs are all really friendly and staff is as well. Had a sinus surgery done here. PAs are all willing to answer any questions I had and told me everything I needed to hear. All of them are quite likeable. Unfortunately it's a bit of a drive for me and that would probably be the only reason I'd shy away from staying a patient here for longer."

"I can't say enough good things about my experience at Sinus and Allergy Wellness Center! After struggling with a lingering cough and recurring sinus infections, I reached out for help and was amazed by the level of care I received. First off, I was thrilled to secure a same-day appointment – a true lifesaver when you're feeling under the weather. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly and efficient staff. I saw a PA who was an absolute gem – kind, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to listen to my concerns and really understand my situation, which immediately put me at ease. What truly impressed me was the efficiency of their services. During that very same appointment, I had a CT scan done, eliminating the need for multiple visits and unnecessary delays. Armed with a clear diagnosis, I was sent home with a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to my needs. To my delight, I started feeling better that very night! The relief was practically instantaneous, and I couldn't be more grateful to the entire team at Sinus and Allergy Wellness Center. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to patient care are truly commendable. Thank you for making such a positive difference in my health journey!"

"The people here are incredibly friendly and I felt very comfortable while here. The place itself is clean. That is where the good things end. I did not actually get to see a doctor, only the PA. I explained how much pain I was in and how urgently I needed relief due to missing work. I was told that the one and only option for any relief was a surgery. I'd have to continue with no relief for several weeks up until the procedure, which just isn't realistic as an adult with daily responsibilities. I was completely debilitated and desperate so I scheduled the procedure. Luckily I decided to get a second opinion elsewhere. I spoke to a doctor, instead of a PA, who wrote me a prescription which relieved all of my symptoms in less than 48 hours. This doctor explained that it is still possible I may need the surgery in the future, but she will be exhausting all other options before recommending a procedure that could be unnecessary... and she gave me RELIEF! I cannot believe the PA at the Sinus and Allergy Wellness Center listened to all of my complaints and pleas for relief and sat there with a straight face saying there is not one single thing that can be done except for surgery. She could have at least given me something to help me in the weeks leading up to the procedure. I do not recommend going here for obvious reasons. It seems that the actual doctor only shows up to perform procedures that the PA decided were needed. In addition, it took 3 calls and a bit of time on hold to successfully cancel my scheduled surgery. They sure made me work for it. When I explained my reason for cancellation the gentleman had several arguments as to why I shouldn't cancel and even asked if they could call me again to reschedule in a few weeks. I also received a call about missing my post-op appointment - why wouldn't that be cancelled automatically when there was no operation? If I do need the surgery it certainly won't be here. Update: It seems there has been a change in management! The new manager, Josh, saw my review and gave me a call. He really made it a point to show that my experience was important to them and not what they want for their patients. I appreciate Josh's effort and do feel that he genuinely cares. I have left my original review above as that experience still happened and may be relevant for those that perhaps want a second opinion, but it sure does seem that the new manager is quickly making vast improvements and cares to show it with action, not just words."

"I cannot say enough great things about this place. Everyone from the doctor, to the staff, to the ladies at the front desk are warm and personable. They are thorough and so helpful. I never had to wait more than a couple minutes for my appointments. On the day of my procedure, and the days leading up to it, the staff made sure I knew what to do and expect. The procedure was 100% painless and quick and has been life changing. Run, don't walk, to see them!"

"Today was my first time in- I was able to get results / a diagnosis and book my operation date all within my first appointment today! I have never had a more delightful and efficient doctor’s visit!! From the front desk staff, to the nurses and doctor- everyone was such a pleasure!! The best!"
