"The office is nice and the staff are all great. I called for an appointment and provided basic health info and our trip itinerary. TravelBug emailed us a Travel Health Report to read before our appointment. I found their report very difficult to understand for our multi-country trip; it was not clear what vaccines were recommended. The consultation was good, with valuable information which provided peace of mind. We chose their vaccinations that weren't widely available, and booked the common ones elsewhere. Prices are fair and the shot was painless for both of us."
