"I bought a package of B12 shots that one Nuvell Clinic employee, Kayla, said would be honored. It took Kayla about two weeks to tell me the package would be honored. Nuvell Clinics often do not answer their phones or return voicemails. Then, Kayla then also subsequently scheduled me for an appointment on the wrong day. Weeks went by before I could come in for another appointment. Her boss then told me my package could not be honored. Kayla ultimately could have been prevented this. My time was wasted."
