"I have had the absolute worst experience with this place. First off, nobody ever answers the phone, so getting an appointment feels nonexistent. When I did finally get an appointment it was only 45 minutes to an hour. Every parent I spoke with said autism evaluations are supposed to last 3-4 hours long. Literally every single parent. The reason is because a lot of children mask, so their autistic symptoms may not present withthin that 45 to 1 hour window of the evaluation. Aside from that, I spoke with their Psychologist Natalie Herd who was supposed to send over my son’s report. She never did, and when I called her (which must’ve been a personal phone number) she did not take accountability for not sending the report. Rather she blamed the front office and said they must’ve forgotten and she’d let them know. To which I still haven’t received the report. Nor have I gotten a call back in regards to getting an in depth evaluation for my son. If you’re able, avoid this place at all costs."

"I cannot say enough about Axis for Autism. I feel that finding them has been life-changing for my son. As a mom, I saw a need for the evaluation very early on, but I was told there was a 12+ waiting list by multiple resources. I heard about Axis from an online ‘Mom Group’ and he was evaluated in less than 45 days. Getting his diagnosis has opened up many resources that have propelled his progress forward. Thank you!"

"Our daughter was diagnosed with ASD at Axis for Autism after we were told another facility would be a 9-12 month waiting list. We did not want to delay services and we were able to get an appointment quickly (within 1 week from when I called) & had the diagnosis and meeting with the psychologist only a few weeks after the evaluation. We also got to do the post eval meeting virtually which was super helpful as we do not live close to Axis. We were treated with so much kindness and compassion by the providers and would highly recommend anyone looking for an autism evaluation to call Axis for Autism. Since the diagnosis (received nearly 9 months ago) Axis for Autism has kept in touch with us to make sure we are receiving the appropriate support for our daughter and I have even joined their Parent support group which has been a wonderful experience thus far. Highly recommend!!"
