The accountability of this facility is priceless, and my fitness has been transformed as a result. I am so thankful I found this gym as my workout spot and would not ask for anywhere better!"

"I have been training at FAST for a few years. Kyle took the time to learn how I work, what my current physical status was, and developed a plan to address my muscle imbalances in a manner that is appropriate for my desired training style. I have a few more physical anomalies than some because of surgeries and a pretty serious bicycle accident. I have made a great deal of progress working out with Kyle and the other trainers at FAST. Whether you are a beginner, coming off of physical therapy, just want to maintain flexibility and strength as you age, or a long-time (or weekend) athlete looking to improve your game, FAST trainers can help you reach your next level.
