"I was visiting from MN when I had an ear/jaw problem. I looked for a place to be seen in the early evening and was able to get on the next day. I completed all the paperwork online which made my check in super easy. The nurse and PA were great and able to diagnose my problem and provide a prescription."
"Me and my daughter went to this urgent care this afternoon. I honestly can't remember what our doctors name was, but she was so amazing! Not only was she able to get my daughter to take a COVID & Strep test without crying. She was so kind and patient with my sick little girl. She even cleaned the wax out of her ears which I normally pay 120 per clean out to her regular doctor. I normally try to avoid going to urgent care simply because I feel as of the doctors are always "shaming me" for not taking my kids to their regular doctor. While this young woman was the exact opposite, I would even say she was supportive towards my decision as a mother. And knowing what is best for my children. It was SOO refreshing!"
"I'm giving this 5 stars based solely on the doctors performance. She was highly professional & compassionate. The front desk was "ok" but the intake nurse was terrible. I'm basing that on poor communication skills, zero compassion & an overall low maturity level. I would recommend coming here & I would give it another try as well. If so, I would highly expect to see improvements on the customer service level."
