"Horrible mixed review --- Earlier in 2023 a nerve block, which had to be validated elsewhere, and then later on thru 2024, very poor back office as they lost my files and stated everything "was covered", which was incorrect, as my insurance had sent them [and me] two different letters of denial, including appeal, so that is a huge issue. Only reason for the 3 stars is back in early 2023 they at least tried to help even though sub-optimal delivery, and responses. I observed significant turnover [surgeon and initial intake person switched at last minute] with poor training and processes [We did not mean to lose your files and would you like to schedule a new appointment...? ] If every hour for you is pain, you should consider other providers."

"First, I need to mention my experience at the AZ Pain surgery center. I’ve had three procedures so far, two without anesthesia and one with. Because of my experience without anesthesia, I decided to try an epidural procedure with anesthesia. That was a mistake. I shot up off the table, shouting in pain. I did not fall asleep, I felt every bit of pain from the injections. It was awful. I left the surgery center sobbing, in uncontrollable tears. I am so disappointed with my experience from that day, that I am hesitant to receive any more procedures from AZ Pain. Having said that, Everyone in the clinic is fantastic! They are caring, attentive and you can tell that they truly care about your well-being. I have seen a few nurse practitioners at this location and I am very happy with the care I received from all of them. While I do not recommend receiving anesthesia during a procedure at the surgery center, I do highly recommend the providers at AZ Pain."

"I’ve been seeing Dr. Amy Cannatta for a few months now and have received total relief, I use to wake up every single morning with a headache or migraine, I’ve seen many many specialists, other chiropractors, and physical therapists. None of them have been able to give me the relief that I got from her. The sweetest woman I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. She’s definitely the best and she listens very well."

"Im an Established patient, waiting for spinal stimulator implant for months, just like the TENS unit that took 4 months to get, I came in today with severe foot fracture, they refused to treat me with any pain medication. Why are these clinics allowed to call themselves "pain specialists" when they swing around unethical moral judgements rather than timely, proper treatment. I had already fired Dr. Oard, yet today they tried to let her make a decision about my care again!! And then act like she was dismissing me bc I was upset with them, they were apologizing for my behavior to other patients as I sat down in tears, crying in pain...What to do they not get about fired!? The staff are terrible too. Below is the xray of my fractured foot."
