"They don't send appointment confirmations/reminders and I can't seem to get a hold of them to find out when my babies appointment is, phone line puts me in a loop where I can't get through to anyone, and I've left voicemails and messages on their website and they don't ever call back! I think I'm going to switch her to somewhere else :/"
"We like how accommodating this office is in providing appointments -- fitting us in when needed when kids are sick. We love Dr. Nabong! The front desk folks and the intake people who bring us to our room are very brusque; it feels "rude and snippy" in the words of my kid--- I think a little more attention to the patient base (kids) and a little less auto-pilot efficiency would be really nice. Being a little more personable--- " how are you today?" " we are so glad you are here" " we are glad to help you, glad we could fit you in"' etc...... Eye contact. Keeping the glass window partition open. Smiling. These kinds of civilities make such a difference in the patient's and mother's experience at the doctor's office."
"We have been with Dr. Nabong for 8 years and love her so much that we continued to see her even after moving away from the Scottsdale area. Thankfully she opened up another location at Glendale so it was more accessible coz we really didn't want to switch doctors. My 3 kids love her so much and have been at ease with her from the start that they honestly tell her what they are going through. They trust her and value all her medical and life advices. She's the type of doctor that listens to your concerns and advocates for her patients. Her staff are amazing too.. I've interacted with a handful through the years and not once did I have a problem with any of them. The ease of setting up an appointment and getting in touch with the doctor too is a big plus. I'm so glad I found Dr. Nabong 8 years ago after so many failed pediatricians."
"Very impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I’ve been coming to KidsHealth pediatrics for 6 years with my firstborn. I always get helped by Yessenia or Ivonne. Dr. Nabong has been great! I love that she is very caring when it comes to the kids. Also the rest of the NP’s have been very kind and helpful. I truly suggest to come to the Glendale or Scottsdale’s office they both have great staff and are very informative."
