"I saw Rachel at the Glendale location yesterday for lip augmentation with juvederm and she not only met but exceeded my expectations. She was warm and accommodating, fully explained the procedure, and asked me detailed questions about what I was looking for out of the procedure. She listened to everything I said, and explained how she was going to achieve my desired results. I've had my lips done before a few months ago, but wanted them done again for me volume. What I walked out of her office with was what I should have gotten the first time. My lips are perfect! She showed me what they would look like after swelling and healing, too. She divides the product up into several syringes- unlike other places that just use a single syringe, because this gives you a less painful injection since the needles are all brand new. That's awesome! I actually didn't even feel the needles at all. She was very gentle and thorough. I didn't even feel a slight pinch, nothing. Did I mention my lips are flawless? Go to Rachel, you will never want to go anywhere else. I know I'll never go anywhere else after having this amazing experience with her. Thanks Rachel! You're the best!"

"My experience at Vitality Med Spa Peoria was good for the most part. My 2 complaints would be....whenever I called the Peoria location on the days open no one ever answered the phones. I had to call the Scottsdale location to make my appointments. And the other is the lack of communication about added cost. I was never told that the lab work was optional. The problem was that after I received my lab results and read them myself, they charged me $55 at my 6 week weigh in to go over my labs. My understanding was that lab results were included in the $400 I had already paid. The lady at the desk seems a bit overwhelmed which I relate to my issues with this location. But overall the staff is friendly and the products I purchased from them worked."
