"BY FAR THE WORST OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. My first experience they canceled my 94 yr old uncles appointment without even talking to us, I rented a wheelchair van to take him to the appointment and when I arrived I was told it had been rescheduled, they rescheduled for a month later after speaking with the Office manager he got us in a week later. We met with the urologist who looked over records asked a couple of questions never laid an eye or hand on my uncle I told him I thought he had a uti and he told me to take him to the er. He sent me to get tests scheduled and when we arrived after renting another van to get to Next appointment and again we waited for an hour after our scheduled appointment and the person who was going to do the test asked me a few questions determined that she was unable to do the test had to go ask the dr to refer him to another facility to have the test done. I am currently looking for another facility. I am so unhappy with this facility I am at the point of not trusting them any longer."

"I will not recommend this urology company to anyone. They should rename their practice to "One Call Wonder". To cancel an appointment after calling one time is ridiculous. We drove 90 miles to go to an appointment, just to be told that they canceled the appointment because no one answered the single call they made. The first appointment my wife had they made her wait 2 hours to be able to use the restroom, and the reception staff was extremely rude."
