"Me and my husband honestly had a horrible experience. First off, the front desk girls and the women who take the pictures of the babies were super sweet and nice so this is nothing about them but the practitioners we saw and our overall experience. When we first started they said likelihood of a second helmet is small, then after a couple appointments they already started prepping us for a second helmet. After one band we saw virtually no improvement and the practitioners majorly put the blame on us for non compliance, even though we complied the whole time. The first two weeks we experienced improper fit and had to go back for multiple adjustments. After that he wore the band 23 hours a day and attended physical therapy. They made comments that he should have been in physical therapy earlier but he actually started physical therapy prior to getting a helmet. We've been taking him to TEAMs for kids and following their PT recommendations. He was out for the helmet for a few days due to heat rash but again we complied with their recommendations. At our last appointment we are viewed his photos and there was minimal if no improvement. After I said we weren't opting for a second helmet the attitude immediately shifted from the practitioner and she clearly didn't want to speak to us anymore. Then she gave us a graduation certificate as if he made improvement? It was very awkward and uncomfortable and the shame they place on parents is unreal. You're working with mothers and newborns, where is the empathy? Insurance didn't cover our helmet and it was $2,000 and no improvement was shown. Extremely disappointed with results and the staff."

"My son needed a Doc Band and luckily only had to have it on for six weeks! The results from only six weeks were amazing! I did not think it was possible but, wow!! All the staff was so nice, helpful and informative. They always answered your questions and concerns without making you feel unintelligent. They walk you through the entire process and do not leave you with having any questions. I never once had a problem with any of the staff having any attitude towards me or anyone else that I noticed. The technicians take pride in what they do and genuinely care about their babies."
